So Mum says I'm supposed to make a blog because my bratty new little sister, Starbuck has one. Everyone is going on about how cute she is. She IS, but she's also a pain, omg! She keeps trying to be my friend and all...guess she's not so bad, but Mum is spoiling me with treats and cuddles, so I'll milk it for a bit longer. Starbuck is a tuxedo cat too, but she's also a tortie cat. I guess her Dad was a tuxie.
Anyway, something about me. Yes, my name is Chester. Yes, I'm actually a girl. Long story. Mum didn't find out I'm actually female until I was about six months old, right before she took me to the vet to have the operation which made me not able to have babies. My mum picked my brother Archie and I up from a lady who did cat rescue - our birth mum was doing it tough and she abandoned us. Archie was really nervous and shy even before then, but after that he was even worse. He got chased by a bad dog a while ago and never came back. We were very sad and Mum felt bad for leaving the door open, but people told her it wasn't her fault and the dog shouldn't have been wandering around anyway. I'm not sure she believes that. Mum made lots of fliers and signs and put ads in the paper, but we haven't found him. We might one day, we haven't lost hope. He has that thing in the back of his neck which goes beep when the shelter person runs a special machine over it, and it tells them Mum's phone number.
Mum makes jokes about me being a bit silly, and how I'm lucky I'm so pretty, but I say I don't NEED brains if I'm pretty!
This is a picture of me and Archie. Archie's the cat with the real tuxedo, I'm the patchy-type cat.
This is me lying on Mum's lap
Here I am with some yummy flowers.
I like to roll on the bathroom floor after Mum showers.

Hi Chester! Welcome to the Cat Blogosphere! We are so happy to meet you. We're so sorry your brother ran away and we sure hope his chip helps him get back home someday. Oh Chester, here's a tip: you'd better be careful about flaunting that floofy tummy, or Mom will be kissy-kissing it.
Welcome Chester! It's tough to have cute kittens around, but there are advantages to bing the top cat too!
